The one called the Jaguar of the Arena has finally pushed his owner too far and is sentenced to death. When a kindhearted plantation owner intervenes, no one is more disappointed than the one he saved. Now they must both learn how to live with the consequences and how to cope with the gladiator's mysterious past which, no matter how hard he tries, refuses to stay buried.
